If I am not in network with your insurance, you may want to check to see if your insurance offers "out of network" benefits by calling the number on the back of your insurance card. If you do have "out of network" benefits, I can send you a "superbill" where you can receive reimbursements for the sessions from your insurance directly.

This depends on your insurance plan. Some plans require a co-pay at the start of each session. Some plans may also cover a portion of the bill, and you may be responsible for the remaining amount. The best way to determine how much this might cost is to call the number on the back of your insurance card and request an estimate for an appointment with me through your insurance policy. 

If your insurance requires a co-pay, during the intake process I will ask that you keep a card on file through your account and you will be charged at the start of every session. If there is any remaining cost, you will receive a bill through the online portal.
